Ricorda ID is a digital passport for clients of beauty and wellness businesses. It lets you view your session history, before-and-after photos, and information shared with you by your professionals.
Ricorda ID is operated by UNKNWN LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17301306, with its registered office at 10 Clifton Terrace, London, N4 3JP, United Kingdom ("Ricorda", "we", "us"). You must be 18 years of age or older to create a Ricorda ID account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Ricorda ID is intended for clients who book sessions with beauty and wellness professionals. It is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with anyone else.
You may close your account at any time from the Profile → Delete Account menu within the app. Account-associated app data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Independent payment, tax or legal records may be retained only where applicable law requires it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if required by applicable law.
Ricorda ID stores your profile and your session history, including before-and-after session photos and any optional free-text notes your professional chooses to add. Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Health information is special-category personal data and receives additional protection. Use structured and free-text fields only for information that is necessary for your records. Your professional is responsible for identifying an appropriate lawful basis and special-category condition for processing. Your data is never sold and is never used for advertising.

When you visit a business that uses the Ricorda professional app, you can share your passport with your professional by presenting your QR code within the app. By presenting your QR code, you consent to that professional accessing your records for the purpose of your session.
You can view and revoke a business's access to your records from the My Studios section of your profile at any time. Revoking access means the professional will no longer be able to view your passport from that point forward. Previously created session records remain in your history.
Your professionals are independently responsible for ensuring they handle your data in accordance with their obligations and data protection law.
Ricorda ID is a record-keeping tool only. It is not a medical provider and does not provide medical, clinical, or health advice, diagnosis, treatment, decision support, or recommendations of any kind. Any results or records shown reflect what your professional has chosen to record; outcomes vary and are not guaranteed by Ricorda.
For any question about your treatment, suitability, aftercare, side effects, or health, contact your professional or a qualified healthcare provider directly. Do not rely on Ricorda ID, and do not delay seeking professional advice, because of something you have or have not seen in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content, design, software, and trademarks within Ricorda ID are owned by Ricorda or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any personal data you provide.
We aim to maintain Ricorda ID as a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practicable. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ricorda is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of Ricorda ID, or for any loss arising from the accuracy or completeness of records entered by your professionals, or from any treatment, advice, or services provided to you by a professional.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Ricorda ID is provided to you free of charge.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app and by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ricorda ID after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
