How to delete your Ricorda account, and everything on it, for good.
Open Ricorda and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
If you cannot access the app, email us at:
Tell us the email address on your account. We'll check it's you, then delete it within 30 days.
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
We delete your app data outright — we don't keep an anonymised copy. Ricorda and Stripe keep payment, tax and legal records only where the law requires it.
The personal Ricorda app has nothing to pay for, so there's no subscription to cancel. For Ricorda Studio, we cancel your Stripe subscription first, then delete the account. If we can't confirm the cancellation we stop and leave the account alone — better to retry than to leave you paying for something you can't open. You can also handle billing yourself in the Studio billing portal, or email hello@ricorda.co.uk.
